Returns Policy and Procedure

Please read this carefully to ensure you are aware of your rights and responsibilities

The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 give you the right to return unwanted goods for a refund of the purchase price. (Delivery charges are not refundable.) If for any reason you want to return your purchase you must do so within 7 days of receipt and acceptance of an order either by recorded delivery (at your expense) or in person to the shop.

Your purchase must be in the condition that it was sold i.e. any tags must be attached and packaging must be included. We cannot offer a refund or exchange on goods that have been used.

We cannot take responsibility for packages where the postage is unpaid or package damaged in transit. Unfortunately we cannot offer a refund, credit note or exchange until the goods have been received and verified by us.


If you wish to exchange an item – for example a purchase is the wrong size – please contact us to ensure that this is possible. We may not have the different size. It is always best to ensure the size is right before buying. Do not hesitate to contact us to check sizes before ordering.

You will need to return the item (at your expense – by recorded delivery) and you will also need to pay for the cost of delivery of the replacement item.

Faulty Goods

Very occasionally an item will be faulty. If this happens please get in touch immediately to discuss repair or replacement. Each case will be considered individually. We cannot be held responsible if care conditions are not followed correctly.

Availability of Goods

All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are applicable to all orders; prices on our website are exclusive of delivery charges which will be added to the price of the products at our checkout. Delivery charges vary depending on the type of products and service you require, the various methods are presented to you at the checkout.

Cancellation and your order

We reserve the right to cancel an order – either in whole or in part – and to issue refund to you for any monies already debited, without offering a reason for refusing to serve you.

We reserve the right to cancel orders, either in whole or in part, where such orders contain pricing or other description errors. While we take every effort to ensure that all information (including pricing) on this website is correct, we are under no obligation to honour mistakes shown, as when you place an order with us (either online or in person) a contract between us is only formed when and if your order is accepted by us. Note that taking payment from you does not indicate acceptance of your order.
